The Critical Care Nurse Educator ICU will have the opportunity to enhance the quality of the professional development program and promote evidence-based practices across ICU, Transitional Care, and Recovery Units. The Nursing Educator for Critical Care Services will use their expertise to design, implement, and evaluate professional development programs for these active units. The Critical Care Nurse Educator ICU will collaborate with nurse managers and nurse directors for Critical Care, Step Down, and PACU Units to provide education to unit staff, patients, and families and is responsible for developing clinical curricula and educational programming for assigned units.
