Here at Home Instead, ambitions are realized and we are looking for the right candidates to join our team in the position of CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE
Essential Qualifications
- Must have current Physical Examination (within a year)
- Results of a two step PPD (within the year)
- Current CHHA license in good standing
- Able to work at least 20 hours a week
- Treat and care for clients with dignity and respect
- Successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen and DMV check (if transporting clients)
- Possess a valid driver license and auto insurance (only if you will be providing transportation, not a requirement to be eligible for hire.)
- Able to lift, push or pull 25lbs.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Bathing
- Toileting
- Transfer
- Assist with Ambulation
- Assist with Dressing
- Light housekeeping
- Meal Prep
- Med Reminders
- Errands
