Responsibilities include:

• Provide hands on assistance for ambulation, transfers, & fall prevention
• Provide hands on assistance with personal care including bathing, toileting, & dressing
• Manage and administer medications
• Track & interpret vital signs
• Assist in maintaining a healthy and safe environment
• Make meals and assist as needed with eating & hydration
• Communicate any observations and changes in a professional and timely manner
• Encourage clients to develop and maintain independence and highest level of functioning in all activities of daily living

Requirements:

• Must have active license with the state of New Hampshire 
• Must be able to work at least 18-20 hrs/wk of a set schedule (more hours are available for those who want them!)
• Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license & current car insurance
• Must participate in drug screen, and criminal & motor vehicle background checks
• Must have recent physical & TB test
• Must have ability to lift 25lbs
