We are looking to hire an Administrative CAREGiver Assistant who will work 3 days each week in the office performing a variety of clerical tasks and administrative duties which support everyone in the office and our CAREGiver team in order to provide the highest quality service to our clients. The right candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a job with lots of variety and effectively respond to the changing needs of the business.

If full-time employment is desired, the Administrative CAREGiver Assistant can work 2 more days each week providing hands-on care to our senior clients. Caregiving duties include but are not limited to assisting our clients with various activities of daily living like bathing, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, med reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, incidental transportation and errands.

Prior caregiving experience with seniors is required. To be considered for the position, candidates must truly be passionate about caring for seniors and have a proven track record of providing quality care that can be verified.

This full-time or part-time position also participates in the weeknight and weekend on call rotation and candidates for the position must be available and willing to work flexible hours as a CAREGiver during scheduled on call weeknights/weekends should the need arise. While on call, the Administrative CAREGiver Assistant is responsible for handling essential business operations.

Valid driver's license and an insured automobile are required to be able to perform work duties each work day.

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • High School graduate minimum, some college or college degree preferred
  • Let your history of success shine (scholastics, prior employment achievements, awards, etc.)
  • Prior experience caring for seniors required: CNA a plus
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Knowledge of the senior care industry considered an advantage
  • Scheduling and/or office experience a plus
  • Valid driver's license and insured automobile required
