Seeking Call Center Reps for a non-emergency medical transportation company located in North Las Vegas.
The position is full-time with a schedule of Monday-Friday with weekends off.
The pay is $11.75 per hour and consists of 40 hours per week.
The call center is open from 5AM-8PM so you will need open availability between those hours.
START DATE- 2/19
Required
- 1 year of continuous Customer Service experience
Job Description
- Receive a high volume of calls (75+ a day) to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation needs for patients
- Communicate with patients and providers to verify demographic information and document calls
- Providing superior customer service to clients, efficient and accurate entering of all customer service requests into data management system, performing all gate keeping functions related to trip authorization, documenting and resolving complaints and issues.
- Verify insurance and obtain authorizations
