South Nassau’s superior, award-winning home health care service continues to grow and needs dedicated nurses with RN home care experience to care for its recovering patients. You will assess all aspects of the status of our patients and develop a nursing care plan with measurable goals.

We require:

• NYS RN Nurse License
• Associate Degree
• Current BLS/AED certification from AHA
• Home Care and med/surg experience
• Ability to travel to our patients in Nassau, Suffolk and/or Queens.

In addition, you must be detail-oriented with excellent communication, organization and customer service skills. Reliable transportation is essential.
