Sales/ Project Coordinator

Job Description: 

Our Client is a privately owned manufacturing company located in Chandler looking for an Inside Sales/Project Coordinator with ultra-high purity assembly experience. this is a full time (40 hrs) Monday - Friday position with occasional weekends or evenings. Starting base is $65-$75k depending on experience.

Job Duties: 

• RFQ Management - coordination and gathering information in a team dynamic
• Order management including order entry and status updates 
• Basic Sales & RFQ coordination 
• Sales Management - Overall coordination of activities along with interfacing with customer and internal Engineering/Manufacturing activity.

Job Requirements: 

• 2 - 5 years experience as a customer facing coordinator in a related manufacturing and engineering environment 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Strong organizational skills including multitasking and attention to detail 
• Managing changes to project scopes, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Responsible for managing different orders, reports, deadlines and the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Responsible for proper documentation from suppliers and to internal team members 
• Previous experience in high- purity products and semiconductor is a plus 
• Maintain good job stability
• Strict adherence to safety policies
• Have a reliable source of transportation and able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check 
• Job may require travel 

Other duties or experience desired include: 

• Fabrication of metal components
• mechanical assembly, use of hand tools, machines and equipment in the manufacturing process
• Gas and liquid flow, pressure and controlling devices and mechanisms
