General Job Description: help our clients be successful in social media by crafting engaging content for social media posts and blogs

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Correspond with customer and sales via phone & email
• Research and write social media posts for customers
• Send posts for approval and publish approved posts to social media channels
• Write copy for customer websites
• Proof read and review content written by other strategists
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements/Key Skills:

• Knowledgeable about digital advertising platforms
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, sales reps and other departments whether by e-mail, phone or in person
• Be positive, creative and self motivated
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Expectations:

• Prepare initial posts for social media accounts within 5 business days of content call

• Continue to prepare and send posts for approval at least 5 business days before new posts are required to publish.

• Complete post revisions within 2 business days of receipt

• Maintain knowledge of website and social media channels and trends through research and reading assignments provided
