About this job
Experienced Kitchen manager to be in charge of the overall operations for the kitchen and monitoring the staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for the kitchen runs smoothly and complies with food safety regulations implementations of the restaurants and the food standards, and kitchen sanitation . The position requires both leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Requirements
3+ years experience in the restaurant industry. Ability to work flexibly hours, including nights, weekends and Holidays. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Exceptional organization and leadership skills. Dependable and reliable. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
