District Manager

  As District Manager, You supervises and oversees the operations of several IHOP restaurants within a certain areas. The main duties include hiring and training and coaching store managers, collaborating with managers to set goals for each store and communicating and enforcing customer policies to managers and team members.

Leadership skills
4-5 Years of experience
Years of Experience Analyzing and Managing Profit & loss
Experience managing restaurants and managers personnel in a professional setting.
Experience with Building sales.
Experience related to project management. Project management includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects in order to meet requirements while controlling budget, scope, and timeline.
Business development Experience or knowledge identifying pipelines for new business growth.
Experience with and knowledge of methods to improve business processes to increase efficiency and quality of outcomes.
Strategic planning: Skill or experience defining an organization or business's strategy, mission, or purpose by identifying goals and determining actionable ways to reach them.
