Manages operations of an Eskimo Hut store to obtain maximum store growth and customer satisfaction, assuring that store achieves sales and customer service guidelines, creates a fun and productive culture that results in low turnover, and manages shrinkage to less than 1% annually. As General Manager, you are the embodiment of Eskimo Hut. You will be seen more often, and by more people, than any other person that works for you. This means that you should always dress and carry yourself in a professional manner, whether working or not. People will recognize you when you aren’t working so it is important to have decorum whenever in public, not just at the store
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Proven managerial experience (preferred) Proven customer support experience Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
