Understand the value of balancing individual duties, team duties, and customer service. Enjoy working with others and seek to enhance team morale. Be able to stay calm under pressure and work quickly without sacrificing quality. Enjoy learning with an open mind. We are hiring baristas for multiple Goddess & Baker and we are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Schedule flexibility is a huge plus. Barista experience is required. We brew coffee from multiple roasters, including Stumptown, Metric, Metropolis, Colectivo, Zingerman’s, and Dark Matter. We work on beautiful La Marzocco machines. We love trying out new things, and training is continuous as we grow and develop as a company. Come join us!!! Compensation based on experience.
