Restaurant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll have the chance to lead your local team in demonstrating restaurant excellence and guest satisfaction. In collaboration with your Team Leaders and Team Members you’ll solve problems and drive your store’s success by determining the priorities. You will be able to continually develop your management and leadership skills as you learn about our business and its operations and engage your local team.

•	Ensure the Team Leaders and Members on your team meet our standards and customer care needs
•	Guide and support professional development for your team
•	Partner with District Manager and your Team Leaders and Team Members to support a collaborative, positive 
        restaurant community
•	Manage communication, between your restaurant, headquarters and within the franchise to share best 
        practices, solve issues and build our Jack in The Box brand, consistently.
•	Own and be accountable for specific restaurant management and human resource functions.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, and a college degree is preferred for this position. You must also have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high paced environment with full P&L responsibilities. QSR Experience is highly desired. 

Please note: Internal Promote must have minimum of 1+ year experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years of experience as a First Assistant Manager. You must be 100% certified in all workstations.
