JOB SUMMARY
General Office duties includes answer phones, assist visitors, Document filing 
Provides Customer Service on product and orders from clients and field sales representatives. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Answer Phones
•	Direct guest
•	Document filing
•	Processing orders
•	Invoicing
•	General office duties
 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
•	Customer service experience preferred
•	Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required
•	Self-motivated
•	Detail-oriented
•	Organized
•	High school diploma or equivalent required

WORKING CONDITIONS
Professional office environment
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
