JLR Office Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Preparing Dealership financial statements in accordance with established timelines
Interpret and analyze the Dealership financial statements
Bank Reconciliation
Approve adjustments to inventory, COS and expense accounts
Process payroll/Administer payroll policies
Coordinate and prepare reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventories
Automate all possible systems and establish controls
Maintain and post monthly standard entries
Manage office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Reconcile all accounts prior to month end
Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits
Complete end-of-month accounting reports as assigned
Prepare a daily cash report
Set up and maintain accruals for expenses
Run and review expense trend reports monthly

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Five (5) years of experience in a dealership management position
Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
Excellent communication skills
Working knowledge of accounting office positions * Professional appearance
Have quality customer service skills
Possess strong communication skills
Must have a clean & insurable driver's licence.
