Director of Talent Management and Acquisition

At Portillo’s, we’re looking for someone who can transform and lead our Talent Management and Acquisition strategy through innovative program design and scalability in becoming an Employer of Choice while enabling company growth.  In addition to ensuring our employment brand, sourcing, assessment and talent selection programs embody our purpose and values, they will also attract, develop, reward, engage and retain key talent. In this role, it’s not just strategy and programs you’ll oversee – you’ll also lead and mentor the Talent Management and Acquisition team. We’ll count on your energic nature, attentional to detail and your passion to make everyone feel at home as you create an incredible brand and candidate experience for our Team Members.

Requirements:  
•	Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred
•	3+ years in leading a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting function
•	2+ years in leading a Talent Management function
•	10+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Management including management level responsibility
•	Experience implementing change in a dynamic environment.
•	Excellent leadership with a track record of developing and maintaining high performing teams.
•	Strong presentation and executive engagement skills. 
•	Aptitude for balancing multiple priorities with strong organization and prioritization capability.
•	Exceptional ability to build consensus across a wide range of Team Members.

In addition, we prefer: 
•	Multi-unit, retail, restaurant industry experience
•	Multi-state employer experience
•	Experience facilitating training to small – medium groups
