Full Time General Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken of Jefferson City is looking for high quality Food Service Managers to join our growing company. Lee’s is an established, successful restaurant in Jefferson City, Mo for over 30 years. All candidates must have at least 3 years experience in restaurant/food service management positions or higher.

Job Description:

Lead one of our store teams in a professional manner while achieving company goals, maintaining standards and achieving new heights of guest satisfaction the Lee's way!

1. Must have completed qualifications as an Assistant Manager.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills.
3. Must understand the importance of planning and using a calendar book.
4. Regularly works 50 hours per week and understands she/he may work additional hours when needed or in case of emergency.
5. The GM's primary position is in the "quarterback" position of packer. However, 
they may periodically work in the kitchen, dining room, or front counter. Some hours will be designated to perform inventory management, ordering, scheduling, training, and other duties.
6. Regular and reliable attendance.
7. Walking, bending, stooping and spending hours standing up are required.
8. Some moderate to heavy lifting will also be part of the job responsibility.
9. General Manager will experience moderate exposure to extreme temperatures (i.e. freezer, heat behind the cook line).
