Americor is an innovative finance technology company, offering a unique approach to debt resolution. We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, and dedicated Sales Assistant who want to help make a difference at our rapidly growing company.

What you will do:

  • Act as the liaison between the client and Sales Representative
  • Handle customer related phone inquiries in a call center environment
  • Assist clients with all necessary paperwork to complete underwriting requirements
  • Managing and updating daily pipeline
  • Maintaining client contact throughout program
  • Perform specific tasks delegated by Sales Representative
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts
  • Documents all client conversations in CRM
  • Provide daily/weekly status regarding files in progress
  • Ensures that the transaction is smooth for the client from start to finish
  • Keep current and understand all program guidelines, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Call Center and/or Customer Service and/or Sales experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Easily establishes rapport
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Great telephone communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have ability to work independently and responsibly
  • Ability to take initiative and responsibility
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
