Experienced Concrete Coating/MMA Applicator

We are looking for experienced Concrete Coating Applicators willing to relocate to Chicagoland, Illinois market.

With the start of our 42nd year, we are looking to expand our installation team and hire individuals who are able to install concrete epoxy coatings, urethane cement or MMA, at our high standard of quality. We offer multiple Levels of pay based on skills. Competitive hourly rates plus benefits (health, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, 401k match). Trainee pay starts at $20.15 per hour; Level 1 thru Level 4 hourly rates range from $22.50 to $33 per hour. CDL is a plus! Assistance is obtaining your CDL is available for qualfied candidates. Levels are based upon your skills executed at our level of quality.

We need applicators that are available based on our customer's needs, including days, evening/night shifts, weekends and holidays. On call 7 days a week for any shift assignment. Assignments posted the evening before for the next day. Once a month, a guaranteed and predetermined weekend off. Hours per shift depend on the work being done for the day, typically can exceed 8 hours. A qualified candidate must be willing to travel overnight frequently based on our customers requirements, possibly 30% + travel overnight. Travel currently can be up to two weeks at a time. Our shop is located near Chicago and the surrounding area would be considered in town work. We also do installations in Indiana and Wisconsin.
