Responsibilities

Must be a goal oriented Team Leader, capable of assistng the Agent in managing and supervising the team while being willing to perform some light administrative and office support activities.

Responsibilities / expectationsinclude:

- Being a Team Leader capable of assisting the Agent in recruiting, hiring, training andsupervising team members and holding the team accountable for production and servicebased goals and activities, fielding telephone calls and receiving and directing visitors. Extensive computer skills and strong communication skills are required.

Other activities willinclude:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone callswith customers and potential clients.
• Manage your workload and the workload of team members to assist the Agent in creating an environment where theteam and team members reach production and service goals.
• Lead by example.
• Assist the Agent in evaluating team members.
• Must be teachable, a good learner, and a good teacher.

Requirements

• Must be goal oriented and have a proven ability to lead others in a Sales Service environment
• Must be motivated to succeed by meeting or exceeding production goals to increase yourcompensation.
• Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
• Must be able and have the desire to develop meaningful relationships with clients to set yourself and our agency apart from the competition
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Must be able to work a full day without being on cell phone, unless for emergencies.
• Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
• Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
