Good knowledge on messaging concepts and email appliances& system like exchange server, email gateway systems ironport, proofpoint, message labs.
Understanding about SMTP authentication/ email authentication, filtering, rate control. 
Knowledge on working in ticket tools and good in ITIL process working on Service Request, Incident, Change Request and Problem Management.
Creating routing policy, spam policy and mail settings. Knowledge on basic unix command and files system.
Working on updating licenses, TLS encryption, certificate etc.
Analyzing SMTP logs, mail policy logs and troubleshooting.
Work with stakeholder, application and other support team during major incident or outage related to mail relay system.
Opening case and working with vendor in case of any issue with mail system which needs vendor case.
Upgrade/Patching the Appliance firmware when a supported version is released
Data collection & preparing reports based for inbound and outbound traffic.
Office365
•                    Knowledge of Office 365, Teams/Groups
•                    Experience managing directory sync into Azure AD.
•                    Manage and monitor Office 365 services and hybrid infrastructure. Identity management and AD sync.
•                    knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams & Solid PowerShell skills
•                    Troubleshooting calendar free/busy and shared mailbox working with user.
•                    Good knowledge on how skype for business works and should have troubleshooting skills for SFB issue.
