Kitchen Manager - Sous Chef (Growing Full Service Casual Dining)

$55,000 - $60,000 salary + bonus & comprehensive benefits

Are you an experienced Kitchen Manager that is motivated, personable, loves mentoring others and looking to land with a high-volume growing casual steakhouse restaurant concept located in Davison, Michigan?  If so then we want to hear from you to be immediately considered for the Kitchen Manager role with our company. 


Qualifications & Expectations:

  • 3+ years of Culinary Management experience - high-volume corporate background a plus
  • Proven track record of running day to day operations in a high-volume kitchen
  • Must be energetic, personable with the ability to lead and mentor staff to fullest potential
  • Exceptional vendor relationship management skills
  • Thorough experience with food & labor costs
  • Must have outstanding communication, and people skills
  • Great overall people skills with both staff and guests
  • Ability to step in at a moments notice for the Executive Culinary Manager
