Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great salary, a benefits package, and a fun and friendly work environment!

Responsibilities:
• Ability to manage one or several projects and oversee costs, budgets, materials, and labor estimates.
• Examine, evaluate, and review construction drawings, blueprints, etc. to plan the budgets and costs.
• Dissect bid documents to look out for any issues and problems that may arise.
• Facilitate estimates and regulate personnel involved.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and collect cost databases.
• Adapt to company’s pre-existing procedures for estimating, timesheets, etc.
• Meet with GC’s and the construction team to consult about any modifications or estimates and keep the client up to date on costs.
• Organize values for engineering and offer different pricings.

Requirements
• Multiple years of experience in the construction industry.
• Great communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of estimating software.
