Job Description

Our family owned company is a leader in solar energy for agriculture. We work with farmers and growers to install solar energy for dairies, orchards, vineyards, and agricultural processors. Our team of experts provide the highest energy output and financial savings to clients. We also specialize in industrial and commercial projects for food processors, manufacturers, schools, and utility-scale projects.

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) to implement various commercial solar projects. The PM will join our PV Design and Sales team to develop project resource requirements and installation schedules. The ideal candidate should have project management certification and experience with Procore and similar software.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:-

  • Move projects from proposal to completion.
  • Manage the project schedule, client relationships, and staffing.
  • Develop and maintain the project scope, budget, and materials procurement.
  • Assist the sales team with project viability.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Track project milestones and initiate invoicing.
  • Develop project safety and logistics plan.
  • Some travel is required.

  

Qualifications:-

  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • College degree in Project or Construction Management or an equivalent field experience.
  • Proficiency in Procore and other project management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of PV installations and the interconnection process.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics for commercial solar PV projects.
  • Excellent client relations skills.
  • Expertise in building construction standards.
  • Team-oriented, and able to work in a high pressure environment.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
