Junior Technical Recruiter

Cadre is looking for an entry-level full time employee to join their technical recruiting agency at their office in Studio City.

This position only requires the following: (listed in order of importance)

1. A certain personality; one who considers themselves a go-getter. Not afraid to talk to anyone. Enjoys connecting with people on a personal level.

2. A college education from a good university. You will be dealing with exceptionally intelligent software engineers who enjoy conversing with other smart people.

3. A drive and passion to want to make money, make a name for yourself, and develop a network that will be with you the rest of your life. 

The position requires the ability to wear many hats. You will be learning about all kinds of different tech statups; and eventually dealing with CEO's and CTO's in an effort to understand their needs and deliver them the talent!

This is a junior position with much room to grow and an immense amount of knowledge to be gained. You are not expected to bring anything but your drive and passion. Everything else will be learned. You will be working directly with team members who genuinely care about your growth and development and who will ensure that you succeed.
