Cycle delivers powerful working media solutions for the world's largest brands. We focus on influencer partnerships and branded content, delivered as media buys. Cycle is a longstanding leader in the influencer marketing and branded content space, having executed award-winning, global programs with some of the biggest brands in the world.

We work with both brands and media agencies. We use data-driven insights to develop great creative ideas, collaborate with culturally relevant talent, produce high-quality content and distribute it to targeted audiences at scale. We serve as problem solvers for our clients, helping them grow their business through content and campaigns consumers love.

We are looking for a rockstar Account Manager to partner with internal and external stakeholders and successfully execute our influencer programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales team to understand client KPIs, providing strategic insights on platform, budget, and talent recommendations
  • Serve as client primary contact in post sale, leading kick-off calls and weekly status calls, meeting and exceeding all client expectations
  • Collaborate with media team to ensure all client KPIs are met
  • Build strong relationships with talent and talent managers, demonstrating the ability to negotiate
  • Efficiently manage deliverables timelines
  • Prepare and present project reporting and recap decks, providing key learnings and recommendations based off of performance and identifying opportunities for up-sell
  • Understand and educate clients and internal teams about key trends on each platform
  • Ensure feasibility of execution by vetting proper approvals through appropriate internal teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience with Account and Client management in an influencer or digital environment
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving abilities
  • Successfully understand how to work with and manage cross-functional teams to execute successful campaigns
  • Confident in ability to lead meetings and speak with Senior Leadership
  • Must be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with client interfacing role
