Job Description
We seek a Credit Refund Supervisor for a contract position with our client, a well-established hospital in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ of hospital supervisory experience and has strong knowledge of Epic Software. If you have at least 5 years of experience, we want to meet you.

Position tasks:
- Supervision of 7-8 employees
- Daily credit balance work list
- Handle requests while being compliant with contract terms
- Respond all communication from payers requesting refunds
- Report on root causes of credits upper management
- Manage requests for refunds to determine over payment
- Follow up on accounts
- Rebill appropriate parties
- Rebill unpaid dates of service
- Review queues and other sources
- Audit accounts
- Document information relevant to the audit
- Other related duties
