Job Description
Clason Point Partners Inc. (CPP) is seeking a Conference Room Coordinator to work on a federal contract in Seaside, CA to provide technical support in the Conference Center to help ensure meetings have all technical communications available for productivity. The Conference Room Coordinator will also provide general Administrative support for the Seaside Team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide video teleconferencing (VTC) support for VTC meetings
- Provide support to meeting attendees, including, but not limited to, printing meeting materials, scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to the Seaside Team
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and VTC
- 3+ years' experience VTC Administration
- Excellent customer service required
- Position of Trust with the Department of Defense (DoD) Clearance or ability to get a clearance
