Scrum Master - Full-time / Part-time

This is a great time to join our team at CSpring! Our Business Consulting team has an immediate opening for a full-time, Scrum Master. Our Scrum Masters participate in meaningful projects that have an impact locally, nationally, and globally. You will be a true partner to our clients, dedicated to making each client a raving fan. As a CSpring Consultant, you will work with a team to develop state of the art solutions to business problems. You will interact with our clients and project teams, leverage your business and technical skills, discuss solutions with team members, and analyze client needs to develop important solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will provide expertise in leading the implementation and best practices of Scrum Framework in the organization. You will be a true partner to our clients, dedicated to making each client a raving fan.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Scrum
• Deliver project/products using the Scrum Framework
• Coach the team on how to use Agile/Scrum best practices and values to ensure organization and client satisfaction
• Coach the team on widely successful Agile techniques such as: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Create KPIs, dashboards, and metrics
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Support and educate Product Owner to ensure that backlog is well-defined
• Guide the team on self-organization to close the gaps in the Agile/Scrum Framework
• Assist with internal and external communication

Qualifications:

• Experience leading the implementation of Scrum in an organization
• Successful delivery of projects/products using the Scrum Framework
• Guiding project teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Removing impediments of project team members
• Facilitating internal and external communication regarding project information (status, impediments, issues)
• Obtain the skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, and an increase in transparency
• Possess great communications skills and mentoring abilities
• Passion to inspire and motivate others
• Provide a servant-leadership mentality
