Chief People Officer

SUMMARY

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as an advisor to the CEO the Chief People Officer is responsible for directing all of the people functions of the Health Center,this is an incredible opportunity to drive and innovate the People function within the healthcare industry.

  • Be a cultural champion, both as a role model and leading cross-functional initiatives to strengthen our culture as we grow
  • Partner closely with leadership to create and execute a talent strategy for the organization.
  • Enable leaders to hire the best powering our growth by implementing recruiting strategies that allow leaders to hire exceptional people at all levels of the organization with a hyper-focus on people and patient care.
  • Develop and market our value proposition and ensure a best in class candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Identify and recruit talent for critical open roles and build a world-class bench of internal and external talent.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, holding leaders accountable and establishing new ways to enable innovation and collaboration.
  • Deeply understand our long-term business goals, current organizational strengths and challenges, and opportunities for us to close any gaps.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of performance management and employee development processes.
  • Drive a strong leadership and coaching culture in the organization.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition/HRBP team to craft and execute best in class talent programs.
  • Ensure strategic and synergistic communication across the People team.

You have:

  • 7+ years relevant HR experience including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, with prior experience managing a human resources team
  • Experience with fast-paced growth and a passion for change management
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders, managers, and peers
  • Strong business acumen, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills
