        Description :
        As a Renewal Sales Analyst, you will lead strategic programs and projects internally from program initiation through successful completion. The program manager professional acts in the role of in-house consultant and manages all project requirements, processes, systems and metrics, and communications relevant to the successful completion of the program goals. These include but are not limited to review of business need, technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources and creating/tracking project schedules. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals across all of NetApp. The focus is on developing, managing, tracking and documenting internal operational programs. As a senior professional working with cross-functional teams, you will need good negotiation, conflict management and resolution skills. You will possess the desire to win and lead important initiatives for NetApp and be comfortable working across all levels of the company.

        Responsibility and Interaction:
        Responsibility: 
        o The tasks this individual is responsible for are often unstructured, have wide implications and there are multiple outcomes. 
        o This individual will provide structure to achieve the desired outcomes and goals of the program.
        o This individual will apply their broad expertise and industry knowledge in solving problems that can be unique and extremely complex given time, budget and resource constraints.
        o Demonstrate leadership and vision in determining and driving strategy decisions. 

        Interaction: 
        o This individual must work effectively with Staff to Senior Vice President level employees within the function, across functions and with external parties. 
        o Limited supervision is provided, as this individual can operate, drive results, and set priorities independently. 
        o The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.
        o To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through leadership and influencing multiple individuals and groups.
        o Often acts as mentor or facilitator.

        Education and Experience: 
        ⿢ A minimum of 12 years of experience is required. 
        ⿢ A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience is required.
        ⿢ Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.

        Experience with:
        o Microsoft Project or a similar project management tool
        o Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel
        ⿢ Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams to gain successful resolution of issues. 
        ⿢ Experience with storage hardware and software.
        ⿢ Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications.
        ⿢ Creative approach to problem solving, and willingness to try new approaches
        ⿢ Project Management experience in a cross-functional environment.
