Maintenance Technician Property Management Company

Now hiring experienced maintenance technicians to work at various apartment properties in Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Westwood and Valley areas. Good pay, great working environment, and room for advancement for those with advanced maintenance or plumbing skills.

Requirements:

1) Reliable transportation (preferably a truck or van) to transport supplies and equipment.
2) Clean driving record
3) Proof of eligibility of employment
4) Available to work M-F 8 hours per day, including some Saturdays if available.
5) Be organized, speak fluent English and capable of performing assigned task.
6) Spanish a plus, but not required.
7) Have cell phone and email
8) Have own tools
10) Ability to perform manually labor that includes lifting and moving supplies and materials necessary to complete most maintenance task.
