Title: PART-TIME - Street Team Representative with Windows Direct USA. Team Description:

. Position Summary: Street Team members are responsible for representing Windows Direct USA at events in the greater Cincinnati area throughout the year and go Door to Door to engage with new customers. Their mission is to interact with potential and existing customers, providing information and collateral as well as product options. Essential Functions:

• Serve as the first impression to the Windows Direct brand at each event with a focus on marketing and brand initiatives as well as lead generation.

• Engage with prospective and current customers in a professional and positive manner at various events.

Assist in Door to Door Canvassing Work directly with event managers to accomplish event builds in a timely manner.

Responsible for lead capture efforts including collection, distribution, and database maintenance. Assist in set-up and breakdown of interactive tent and event display.

• Other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Flexible schedule – must be able to work unusual hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and function in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

• Willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

• Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods.

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Preferred not required.
