Licensed Therapist

Rhombus Counseling is looking for a licensed psychologist wanting to build a private practice. We have shared office space, with a  counseling office, a waiting area, a group room, administrative support and more. We currently have a couple clinicians currently seeing clients and running groups and we would like to add another licensed therapist to our team. You would in many ways be building your own private practice with us helping with admin, scheduling, office space, and billing. You could also have an opportunity to supervise interns if you are qualified and make a portion of what they bring in through their counseling. Your clients would come in under Rhombus and you would receive 65% with the 35% paying the rent and administrative help. You would also receive 25% of the income brought in by the intern or psychological assistants also in exchange for conducting one 2-hour group supervision each week. We are currently getting on insurance panels and once this is complete, the percentage Rhombus keeps would also cover billing for insurance. You may get referrals from us, but we are hoping the person who joins us is able to find and keep their own clients and we can share strategies that have worked for us.
