Job Description

Drafter / Job Captain

We are seeking a Drafter / Job Captain to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed CAD and Revit drawings for job sites in the fueling and convenience store industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare CAD drawings of site plans
  • Prepare permit applications on behalf of clients
  • Review and modify red line comments from various agencies
  • Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload
  • Work closely with Project Manager and President

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in drafting, preferably in architecture, engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing or fueling disciplines
  • Familiarity with permitting and entitlement processes
  • Proficient with CAD, Revit and related software
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple project simultaneously
