Job Description
The LPN reassesses clients' needs and performs supervisory In Home Healthcare visits as well as documents the re-certification summary in consultation with the RN Administrator. The LPN supervises the Aides and the office staff. LPN coordinates the client-Aide schedule. The LPN also maintains accurate comprehensive documentation of clients' records and Aides' time sheets and submits these documents timely on a weekly schedule as required. Medicaid In-Home Healthcare experience is a must.
