 About The Role

As a Sales Support Administration, you will be responsible for taking care of all administrative procedure, handling interaction with new clients, while actively building relationships through outbound sales activities. The goal of a Sales Support Administration is to advance interested prospects to qualified leads, setting on-site appointments and demonstrations for the Key Account Managers.

Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain office operations

· Answer and triage all incoming phone calls to main line appropriately

· Identifying key contacts and target accounts through prospecting

· Supporting Key Account Managers by being the inside sales administration extension.

· Ensuring quality of opportunities so they become forecasted pipeline

· Customer facing responsibilities to include; creating & sending quotes, managing purchase orders and communicate internally regarding the entire sales process.

· Assist Key Account Managers in the field to ensure customer visits and demos run effectively

· Administrative management tasks : expenses reports, management of the travels of the business team

· Collaborating with and providing feedback to internal resources globally

· Take initiative, find innovative solutions to improve efficiency, and seeking out opportunities to assist the team

 

Job Specifications:

· An understanding of the AI /IoT/ Augmented Human marketplace, players, and trends

· Ability to work independently and at times with minimal guidance

· Ability to work well under tight deadlines and maintain composure with a strong focus on customer service

· Experience in selling value with a strong emphasis on the financial benefits for the customer.

· Able to articulate the overall business value derived from an AMA Xperteye implementation

· Excellent Communication and proficient in Microsoft suite. Salesforces experience a plus.

· Harmoniously work and support the various teams to build business across all regions

· Must be able to travel Globally

· SalesForce experience would be a plus
