The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for improving the training and patient care in the hospital's Perioperative Services department. Reporting directly to the Clinical Director of Perioperative Services, the Clinical Nurse Educator of the Operating Room is responsible for implementing evidence based nursing practices and enhancing the cost-effective patient care the hospital provides. Working with a comprehensive team of nurses, managers and directors, The Clinical Nurse Educator Operating Room will serve as a leader, researcher, preceptor and role model for the entire surgical  unit.
