About this job
Job Description:
- Using hand, power, air/ pneumatic tools to assemble basic sub stations for conveyor systems
- Using tape measure (be able to take accurate measurement up to 16th of an inch)
- Following blueprints/schematics
- Once a task is mastered, will move on to a more complicated build
- Keeping work stations organized
80% of their day will be spent on the tables assembling beds and conveyors using blueprints
10% will be spent gathering materials from inventory
10% will be spent with quality inspection using tape measure before sending to quality department for final inspection
Must Haves:
- Hand and power tool experience
- Able to read up to a 16th of an in and simplify fractions on a tape measure
- Experience reading blue prints and schematics
- Be able to identify a bolt, nut and wash
Nice to Have:
- Construction experience
- Auto mechanic experience
- Farming experience
