Full-Time position in our Lexington office.  

We are looking for an out-going, detail-oriented, energetic person who has what it takes to help with our growing needs. The Scheduler will coordinate and schedule the timing of care by our CAREGivers to our Clients. The Scheduler will also help with certain administrative tasks in the office and work on special projects related to client and caregiver experiences. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Candidate must have strong computer skills and most importantly a positive attitude. The candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have high level customer service skills and be an excellent multi-tasker.

Other position requirements:

Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships

Help facilitate smooth operation of office by answering phones, inputting data and troubleshooting technology problems

Availability to be on-call for scheduling issues on some evenings and weekends

Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines

Must have strong and effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgement and good decision-making skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize quickly in a fast-moving small business

Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to communicate with compassion and listen effectively for long periods of time on the telephone

Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Previous scheduling experience and use of ClearCare software a plus
