Our most successful team members show our guests Carolina Hospitality in their roles as Wing Ambassadors (who’s down for some Carolina Reaper?!), Beer Ambassadors (ENORMOUS draft beer selection!), and by fixing and supporting the preparation of tasty dishes in our made-from-scratch kitchen.

Who We Seek
We call our kitchen team the heart of the house because this team sets the pulse for our restaurant. Each member plays a critical role in the overall success and cleanliness of service. Without you, we would not be able to satisfy our guests at the level and quality they have come to expect. Our DISH/UTILITY TEAM keeps things moving during the height of action. Without this crew, we would be unable to serve so many guests in a timely manner. Our team keeps dishes, prepware, work stations and restrooms clean and sanitary. Utility employees maintain the exterior of the restaurant, contributing to favorable impressions for guests from the moment they set foot on the property.
