Senior Care Marketer-Rockwall, TX - Full-time

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a Senior Care Marketer to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults focusing their efforts on Rockwall and the surrounding communities.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.  

Duties of the Senior Care Marketer include, but are not limited to:

• Promote Home Instead to referral sources including Home Health agencies, Hospice companies, and rehab facilities to grow the number of companies that are confident in the care we provide and are willing to refer clients to Home Instead
• Represent Home Instead in the community by participating in community organizations and attending local industry events
• Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and explain how Home Instead can meet their needs
• Work with referral providers to coordinate mutual client care.
• Maintain ongoing communication and a consistent follow-up schedule with potential clients and families who have yet to commit to service.
• Work with other team members to coordinate various aspects of a client's care. 

Job Requirements:

• Must demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Must be detail oriented

Education/Experience Requirements:

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• One year experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry required, an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Social work education/experience preferred
