Client Delivery Development Lead for Custody, D

A senior technology management role within Citi’s Custody Technology group, who will be responsible for global developments & delivery relating to major client on-boardings.  Key requirements for the role:

• Global Custody business domain (including ETFs) and related technology experience is essential
• Work in partnership with the business & clients, operations and technology partners to define and architect global solutions in support of new business to service client specific operating models.
• Working with technology partners to drive development and execution of tailored technology solutions
• Have experience of developing world class, innovative technology solutions for clients that deliver competitive advantage and business benefits including Data/APIs, new technologies such as NLP.  
• Staff / Resource management experience and working in a globally distributed, matrix organization across virtual teams
• Be responsible for delivery of Quality solutions – with strong focus on sustainability, stability and scalability

Job Description:

• Responsible for key client related technology deliverables
• Strong software development & systems integration background requirement
• Experience of working with teams globally – across multiple geographies
• Solid architecture principals combined with creative solutioning to meet business needs
• Act as a change agent
• Multi-year, multi-location, multi team complex initiative delivery experience
• Builder of Operations & Product & Tech peer relationships

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong technology background and closely involved with evolving technologies
• Sr. Technology Leadership role, requiring 15+ years in a fast paced financial services firm
• Knowledge of Global Custody and Asset Servicing business and processing
• Prior experience in running large scale projects to completion
• Experience with facing-off to clients
• Meticulous planner with a solid attention to detail. Manage through complexity and dependency
• Strong financial, analytic and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-driven, acts with an extreme sense of urgency and passionate about delivering
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to work across all levels of the organization

Educational Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferred
