Customer Service Lead

Individual will process, document and follow-up on customer inquiries to include phone calls, emails, social media, letters, in-person office visits, online orders/returns, gift cards, and miscellaneous customer requests.  Work with stores on SMG customer service inquiries/opportunities for improvement, facilitate Customer Service training for new/relocated stores (onsite), and facilitate Customer Service training with manager trainees.  Qualifications: strong computer aptitude including knowledge of excel, word, and power point, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in high stress situations, detail oriented, self-motivated, creative and energetic, strong verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills.  Flexible schedule to include some evenings/weekends.  Some overnight travel required.  Position reports to the Director of Training.
