CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 19/hr

Location-south Havanna street,Aurora.

Shitt -Mon to Fri

should be available for 8 hours between 7am to 7pm

-Schedules exams for the Denver/Boulder region
-Asks patients exam-appropriate screening questions and documents information in the RIS.
-Instructs and explains preparations, nature of examinations, reporting procedures, exam associated copay(s), and other pertinent issues to the patient.
-Determines appropriateness of outside referrals and processes accordingly.
-Provides scheduling decisions, which improve and maximize overall system efficiencies and increase appropriate utilization.
-Serves as a resource to internal and external customers for CT, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine information services.
-Determines the probable length of the procedure.
-Coordinates the availability of the Technician, room and camera, and Radiologist availability with the availability and need of the patient.
-Interviews the patient/provider regarding possible surgeries, medications, medical devices in place, or other conditions that could affect decision.
-Instructs patients on the appropriate preparation for procedures as to what to do and what to avoid, the type of clothing to wear, and possible side effects.

They have a massage chair and lunch room in their office; big selling points to their potential hires
-Casual dress M-F (can wear jeans)
-Free parking on site and accessible via RTD

MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• 2 years of customer service/call center experience
• Effective verbal, written, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
