Description
- Technical resource for the customer service group to transfer calls if it's too technical in nature
- Receive calls from customers or distributors with technical related questions about product
- Volume of calls will be fairly low just occasional calls that get transferred
- When not taking calls they will be doing some technical writing for manuals as well as providing/updating drawings and information on the company website to help customers and distributors with questions about the product, marketing projects, part time engineering jobs
- Partner with other groups internally to help provide best experience to customers
- Will work in the engineering department
