Description
  • Technical resource for the customer service group to transfer calls if it's too technical in nature
  • Receive calls from customers or distributors with technical related questions about product
  • Volume of calls will be fairly low just occasional calls that get transferred
  • When not taking calls they will be doing some technical writing for manuals as well as providing/updating drawings and information on the company website to help customers and distributors with questions about the product, marketing projects, part time engineering jobs
  • Partner with other groups internally to help provide best experience to customers
  • Will work in the engineering department
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred:
4 Year Bachelor Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge and training in Solidworks & Creo
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong Computer Skills
Work Environment
