A northern California hospital is looking for a general dermatologist to take over a physicians patient base as he moves on to retirement. The dermatology practice has an established team that includes two MAs for support along with a practice manager to handle the scheduling and administrative duties. The work schedule is Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8 am - 12 pm, and there is no call.
This is a hospital-employed opportunity and comes with a two-year base salary guarantee with the opportunity for additional compensation through production and quality incentives. You will be offered health/dental/vision benefits, a 401k, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, $3,000 for CME and $1500 for professional associations and dues 6 weeks of vacation, and malpractice insurance.
