Our client in Cary, IL is looking for 3rd shift Stock Handlers. If you have previous warehouse experience, this may be a job for you!
Job Summary: Stock Handlers are responsible for ordering and delivering component parts to work stations and filling machine hoppers, as well as moving cartons of assembled pumps and valves to the Warehouse.
Stock Handler Duties:
- Order components through computer entry
- Deliver parts to work stations by hand -- hand truck or pallet jack
- Move cartons from work stations -- hand truck or pallet jack
- Verify components through visual inspection, reading box labels
- Fill machine hoppers
- Record keeping -- weigh scrap and record data
- Lot control functions using hand-held scanner
- Housekeeping duties
Stock Handler Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Stand/walk 8+ hour shift
- Read, write, speak English
- Maintain high energy level
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Basic math and computer skills
Hours: Monday - Friday |3rd shift 12:20 AM - 8:30 PM
Pay: $13+/hr
