Cooks at Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken have the main responsibility for preparing the highest quality Famous Recipe Chicken, and other items on our menu. Duties include keeping the kitchen clean and organizied for fast service, handling fresh ingredients, marinating and hand-breading our signature menu items, and cooking foods at a fast pace using high-temperatutre pressure fryers, ovens and steamers.  Cooks observe health regulations to handle food safely and protect the public.  Cooks also complete any other duties as assigned by management.  Working condistions are fast-paced and high volume, and cooks must communcaite well with managers and others team members.  This requires cooks to bring a positive attitude to relate to managers, team members and guests.
