SUMMARY:
The Surveillance Operator monitors all gaming areas to insure compliance with GCB regulations and all internal policies and procedures. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for continually monitoring the hotel and casino operations to ensure adherence to the state regulations, in-house internal controls and company policies and procedures.
  • Review video footage as needed.
  • Generate detailed written reports or follow-up reports on incidents that occur on property.
  • Perform any and all job related duties as directed by the Surveillance Lead Operator, Surveillance Supervisor and or the Executive Director of Surveillance
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of all table games.
  • Knowledge of gaming minimum internal casino standards, local jurisdictional gaming laws and Nevada Revised Statues
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration
  • Minimum age requirement is 21
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • 1 year experience in the casino surveillance field
